It?s so important to set an example for our children of seeing the cup (at least) half full, and that the words they speak and think create their reality. There is very little on the market which encourages children to believe in themselves.

I would have loved something like this when my girls were small. It?s the sort of CD that would brighten any car journey, long or short, and is such a wonderful kick-start to the day.
