Sea Your Food As Meet The Farmer Continues At Russet at Phoodie ...

Russet (1521 Spruce St.) has just announced the menu for its upcoming Seafood Tasting, featuring the summer produce of Steve Bowes Organic Family Farm. The menu is $65 and BYOB, and features ?four courses of fresh, sustainably sourced seafood? for its last Meet The Farmer event of the season.

Cured Scottish sea trout withcherry tomatoes, rye crostini, caraway, and moutarde de meaux

>>>First Course
Stuffed corno di torno peppers with house-made ricotta, oregano, roasted marvesta shrimp, and campari sauce

>>>Second Course
Finn potato gnocchi with seared scallop, yellow sweet corn, aged balsamic, and chives

>>>Third Course
Salt-baked wild striped bass with roasted eggplant, tomato fondue, and basil

>>>Fourth Course
Seasonal dessert
